Hello parents!
I hope your day has gone well so far.
Today’s lesson is a simple but powerful one:
Let’s start drawing our children’s attention to their dreams.
How?
1. Teach them what dreams are.
Help them understand that dreams aren’t just random.
They are often a way God speaks to us—because we are spiritual beings.
2. Encourage them to pay attention to their dreams.
Start asking them in the morning:
• “Did you dream?”
• “What do you remember?”
• “Can you describe it to me in as much detail as possible?”
This begins to train their awareness.
3. Help them seek interpretation.
Pray with them and ask the Holy Spirit:
• “What does this dream mean?”
• “God, please help me understand what You’re saying.”
4. Ask God to sharpen their dream life.
• Ask for divine encounters in their sleep.
• Invite God to speak to them through dreams.
Why is this important?
Because dreams are one of God’s ways of communicating.
Share examples from Scripture:
• Joseph the dreamer
• Pray for clearer memory.
• Joseph, the father of Jesus
• Solomon, who received wisdom in a dream
All of them received life-changing direction while they slept.
So let’s begin with one simple habit:
Ask your children about their dreams in the morning.
Show them their dreams matter.
That’s step one.
Gods grace.
